TECNASA is specialised in the manufacturing of O-rings that work under exceptional conditions. Our company manufactures high-tech O-rings for applications that present serious functional problems and for those applications where a malfunctioning O-ring can jeopardize the continuity of the production process; therefore generating too many stops and high maintenance costs.
We currently manufacture all the O-rings assembled into the Martin-Baker ejecting seats for combat aircrafts. These O-rings are installed along the gas circuit that starts the ignition of the ejection seat.
TECNASA develops and manufactures customised O-ring to meet your specific demands. We can manufacture products using any rubber compound: from NBR to FFKM.
Our formulations are designed to withstand harsh environments providing and outstanding chemical, temperature, and pressure resistance.
