TECNASA is the official supplier for all the heat-sealing composite bags where QUALICAPS send its products to its customers, guaranteeing the quality level according to the pharmaceutical industry standards.
The heat-sealing compound is a high resistance material which stands out because of its high oxygen and water vapour permeability. Furthermore, our production process guarantees the elimination of all types of static electricity.
Our heat-sealing compounds are officially approved to be used in contact with food, as well as for pharmaceutical purposes. Their composition only includes materials according to the European Directives such as:
89/109 CEE; 90/128 CEE; 92/39 CEE; 93/9 CEE; 93/8 CEE; 94/62 CEE; 95/3 CEE; 96/11 CEE
The bases and resins used are also in accordance with:
- German Legislation: XXII and XVII Recommendations from the BGVV.
- American Standards: “Code of Federal Regulations FDA 21 CFR 175.105 and 175.300” Regulations
